Natural Glass Cleaner

How do I clean kids fingerprints off a computer monitor if glass cleaner don't work?

I think its just oil that comes natural off a persons skin.

  1. vinegar & water in a spray bottle...works GR8!
  2. go to your nearest store that carries computer supplies and buy some computer glass cleaner.
  3. try a rag with a little dish soap on it. That is how I usually remove grease and oil from my clothes. Dampen a rag (it shouldn't be dripping... just wet it and ring it out) and add a little dawn or whatever you have. Clean the glass and then use another damp rag to rinse it off. Then dry it with a clean dry rag. They also probably have cleaners for monitors if this doesn't work
  4. I use mild detergent soap. Use a wet rag dipped in warm soap water and make sure the rag is not dripping. Give it a good scrub with a dry cotton rag or a paper towel after you use the wet rag. It should clear out the fingerprints off the moniter.
  5. I just blow warm breath air and use my sleeve and it has always worked!
  6. A microfiber cloth or a plain papertowel dampened slightly w/water works for me. Keep alcohol/ammonia based products away from your screen as they will cause it to discolor.
  7. use 409 glass and surface cleaner... i use it for everything! susan
  8. Pledge for electronics or Pledge muilti surface
  9. Get a non-abrasive cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend or Bon-Ami. Wet a rag and add the cleaner until worked in, then wring out. Wipe the screen using mild pressure and then let it dry. Use crumpled newspaper page and wipe the dried residue. It will be so clean and bright you'll wonder how you saw anything before.
